Backordered items or customer orders received on a weekend or holiday will increase time for delivery. SommerGreetings™ shall not be liable for any delay in shipment in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond SommerGreetings™ control. SommerGreetings™ guarantees the products offered on the website to be free from manufacturer’s defects for a period of 20 days from shipment date. Products need to be checked immediately upon receipt and any missing items, incorrect shipments or defective/damaged products must be reported to SommerGreetings™ within 2 working days of delivery by the shipping company. This guarantee does not cover products damaged through accident or misuse. Actual image sizes may vary in size of pictures shown on this website and this difference shall not be deemed a manufacturing defect. New, unused merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days provided that it is in its original shipping condition. SommerGreetings™ reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping charges and to ensure that products are received by SommerGreetings™ in the original shipping condition.
